I took one of these each night by the 3rd day i was feeling sooooo much better. I have fibormyalgia, osteoarthritis and clinical depression. The best i've felt in a long time. No wierd side effects. Honestly love this. I wasn't sure what kind of dosage / effects I should expect and it just worked out great. Just soothes things and reduces my general stress from like a 7 to a 3. My anxious episodes last max an hour instead of 5-6. Highly recommend this !
